"I think we hold ourselves as two different people. Roy's a great fighter, don't get me wrong, very talented, could he be more talented? I think so. If he took things more serious... I think the other tension is that I am this average guy and I've worked my ass off to get to where I'm at, and I started working when I was 15, my mom raised three boys on her own and we were very poor and I grew up working construction and concrete work, and threw boxes at the beef plant, I did everything just to try to survive. He plays this like he's this average guy and honestly I don't think the guy's ever had a normal job."

-Ultimate Fighter coach and UFC heavyweight Shane Carwin talks to MMAWeekly.com about the tensions between himself and opposing coach Roy Nelson on the upcoming season of the show on FX.

Penick's Analysis: The fact that Carwin continued working his engineering job while venturing into the UFC is going to give him a different perspective about the topic, and he's taking offense to Nelson's portrayal of himself. Now, he doesn't have intimate knowledge of Nelson's past, so he couldn't say with certainty what Nelson's work history is, but you don't always need facts to get in the way of disliking an opponent and setting up a feud. He doesn't get along with Nelson, he's ready to fight Nelson, and that's just what's going to happen later this year.
