Prior to the main event, Saturday's UFC on Fuel 6 event saw every fight make it to the third round, and only the co-main event provide a finish. But Cung Le put a quick end to the night's card in the main event, knocking Rich Franklin out cold in just over two minutes.

Franklin actually got off to a good start in the fight, landing some short combinations and getting comfortable in his rhythm against Le, but a missed punch and a counter from Le ended his night early. After Franklin landed a kick and pawed out a punch, Le came over the top of his left arm with a perfect punch to the jaw, and Franklin crashed face first into the canvas. Le walked off as the fight was over.

The former UFC Middleweight Champion has been stopped in a few fights during his career, but he had never been knocked out cold before. The loss put him at 3-4 over his last seven fights.

The win is huge for Le, who now has two straight in the Octagon. Though viewership will likely be down due as the event took place live in the morning on Fuel TV, it's still the biggest name he's defeated, and is a bigger win for him than Frank Shamrock in Strikeforce.
